Dear Friends and Neighbors,

I am running for State Representative because I believe our communities deserve a voice that understands what everyday life is really like. I was raised on the South Side of Chicago in a working class family, and I come from humble beginnings where hard work was not optional and nothing was handed to you. I know what it means to struggle, to stretch every dollar, and to take on responsibility at a young age. Those experiences shaped who I am and instilled in me a deep commitment to standing up for people who are too often overlooked. My campaign is rooted in a simple idea, building a better, bolder, brighter future for Michigan's 74th House District. That is not just a slogan, it is a guiding principle behind everything I stand for and every decision I will make.

I am running to fight for everyday people and families, not big corporations or billionaire elites. I want to make life more affordable by lowering costs, expanding access to essential services, and creating opportunities that are fair and equitable for everyone. I believe government should work for the people it serves, and I am ready to bring that perspective to Lansing to ensure that working families come first.
